A-Resolve is a technology-dispute-resolution platform developed and operated by AryaTech. It provides an online environment for mediation and arbitration, with neutral appointments and proceedings governed by A-Resolve’s independent procedural rules.
The platform is designed for disputes involving software delivery, SaaS and subscriptions, intellectual property and licensing, AI and data, Web3 and digital assets, technology procurement, startup relationships, and financing, equity or investment arrangements.
The Tribunal and the Platform use best efforts to issue a final award within six weeks from constitution of the Tribunal. More time may be required for complex evidence, jurisdictional issues or procedural fairness. Arbitration requires a valid agreement between the parties, whether adopted in their contract or concluded after a dispute arises.
