AryaTech Legal Consultancy is a Swiss legal and strategic advisory boutique for technology businesses, startups, investors and international ventures. Our work spans company formation and growth, commercial contracting, AI and Web3 regulation, data and cybersecurity, intellectual property, fundraising and investment, and dispute prevention and resolution. Led by Mohammad Hossein Heidarpour (LL.M, UNIL PhD candidate in Law and Technology), we combine academic rigor with practical, cross-border business judgment.

Our team brings complementary legal and strategic experience. A-Resolve is AryaTech’s dedicated technology-dispute-resolution platform, developed and operated by AryaTech. It provides a distinct procedural environment for online mediation and arbitration under its own rules, while complementing AryaTech’s advisory and dispute-prevention work.
